The sub Forum on the theme of "robot parts and detection technology sub forum" focuses on the key topics of industrial robot standard testing and certification technology, service robot technical standard and new trend of testing and certification, robot parts and testing technology. The theme of the "run" robot is "the quality" of the "speed reducer". In the report, the test method and test system of the harmonic reducer are introduced in detail and systematically, and the test cases and practical experience are shared from the aspects of durability, noise, precision and performance testing. He confessed that there are many enterprises to do harmonic reducer, but our market share is still very low, mainly in the transmission efficiency, life, testing equipment and testing methods and other factors.
The purpose of this activity is to investigate the technical level and product quality of our robot precision decelerator, to obtain the industry product data and to establish the quality benchmarking of the robot precision reducer. As a domestic brand decelerator R & D and production enterprises, the robot also participated in the evaluation of the product performance of the national evaluation center, and completed the performance evaluation of 12 decelerator.
In order to promote the development of the core functional components and key technology industries of China's robot, the robot is willing to spare no effort to contribute its strength to the product design, production process optimization, the introduction of production / detection equipment and the standardization of testing methods, and hope to lead the domestic decelerator to the world as soon as possible.
